Drew Nordlicht is a Managing Director and Partner at Crest Capital Advisors.

Drew co-manages the Crest Capital practice, focusing on providing solutions for advanced tax and financial planning. Drew’s experience working in the corporate and venture services arena gives him a distinct perspective of the financial issues faced by the team’s core client demographic, corporate executives and entrepreneurs. He is a specialist in the area of concentrated and restricted stock, equity compensation, 10b5-1 plans, and pre-IPO liquidity planning.

Drew is a financial services veteran of 30 years, and co-founded Crest Capital Advisors (previously Hightower San Diego) in 2012. In addition to his Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State University, Drew is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and also holds the prestigious Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) Designation. The CEPA® program is designed for advisors who work closely with owners of privately held companies, and is the most widely accepted and endorsed program in the field of business succession planning today.

Due to his substantial accomplishments in the financial field, Drew has regularly been featured in TV and print media outlets including CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, TheStreet.com, Inc. Magazine, Reuters, and Bloomberg.

Drew chose a career in finance because he is committed to working with clients to help them realize their financial goals. He especially enjoys working at Hightower because he loves working where “a client’s best interest is at the foundation of the company.” At Hightower, Drew has “access to some of the most sophisticated technology and products without the conflicts that come from manufacturing those items in-house.”

A little known fact about Drew… He has a background as a competitive swimmer. He was invited to the Olympic trials and almost earned a spot on the 1988 Olympic swimming team.

Drew and his wife Yrsa have two children and reside in Carmel Valley. He leads an active lifestyle as a member of several football teams. In his spare time he enjoys visiting amusement parks or playing sports with his daughters.
